Description

Following the success of the original Sportz-Vibe, a gentle, every day non-invasive massage horse rug, Sportz-Vibe ZX was created to meet customer demand for a completely wireless controlled horse massage rug. A must for reducing stiffness, improving movement and assisting great warm up and recovery for pre and post exercise! Please read the information below, and watch the videos at the bottom!

  • Lightweight mesh net rug, allows for ultimate comfort to the horse, ensuring horse does not overheat during massage treatment
  • Adjustable sizing to offer three different sizes in one rug, allowing for a secure fit depending on each horse's build

Settings are pre-programmed to run at the optimum length of time per treatment and switch off automatically so you don't need to worry about over-doing it.
Ideal for use as part of your daily routine, for both pre-warm up, and recovery, to ensure circulation and lymphatic drainage to keep muscles in the best health possible.


Size

Small for horses who wear rugs sized 5'3 - 5'9
Medium for horses who wear rugs sized 6'0 - 6'6
Large for horses who wear rugs sized 6'9 - 7'3

Care & Instructions

Please read the instructional booklet when you receive your rug. 

Please note: that the time to fully charge the 4 panels is actually 8 hours, not 3 as printed, even when LED lights on battery panels go green, please ensure you charge for the full time.  Once fully charged you will get 2 hours usage from the panels.  The remote control will not need as long, 1-2 hours, and will not need to be recharged as often. Please ensure you do not leave electronics without a charge for longer than 2 weeks at a time, this will lessen the lifetime of your electronics. If not in use, just charge once a fortnight to keep them in the best health!

Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you have changed your mind you can return most unused or unwanted items whether purchased online or instore from Horseware Australia, as long as you have your receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping

Products may be picked up free of charge from our Head Office located in Craigieburn, Victoria from 10-3pm Monday to Friday. Please call to arrange a pick up. We ship the majority of our orders as regular parcels with EParcel but this may change from time to time. We offer Flat Rate Shipping Australia-wide! Orders up to $34.99 are $8.95 and orders over $35 to any value/weight are just $14.95. Overseas shipping is calculated at checkout (max order weight 20kg) or if your country is not available email us at sales@horseware.com.au for a quote. We cannot combine orders after they have been placed and we cannot refund shipping charges. If you decide to cancel your orders you will be issued with store credit vouchers to use on the website. Shipping of replacement/exchanged orders are subject to postage charges of $14.95.

Lockdown and restrictions in place in Victoria are affecting all Post and Courier deliveries. While we continue to pack & dispatch orders Monday to Friday, there are delays in deliveries after this.  There will also be added impacts from Australia Post stoppage Oct 1st to 5th. We will ship with other couriers where possible on these days.

When not in lockdown, products may be picked up free of charge from our Head Office located in Craigieburn, Victoria from 10-3pm Monday to Friday. Please call to arrange a pick up. We cannot refund shipping for orders placed online.

We ship the majority of our orders as regular parcels with EParcel but this may change from time to time. We do require a signature on delivery and if you are not home, the courier or AusPost may leave the parcel at a local post office or depot. If you do not wish to need a signature for delivery you can include a note with your order but we will not be responsible for the safe delivery of your order.

We endeavour to dispatch same day but more commonly within 1-2 business days, and this can be up to 4-5 business days in peak times.  If you decide to cancel your orders before we have dispatched them you will be issued with store credit vouchers to use on the website.

Orders of $35 and above are charged a super low flat shipping rate of $14.95, regardless of weight or bulk of order.

Orders under $35 are charged $8.95.

Shipping of replacement/exchanged orders are subject to postage charges of $14.95.

Shipping to NZ is by weight of parcel and the amount charged will be shown when at checkout. Maximum weight is 20kg per transaction.

Shipping outside Australia/NZ is available by quote only. Please contact us. sales@horseware.com.au 

We make every effort to pick, pack and dispatch orders exactly as you have selected when ordering, following a strict process in our warehouse. Please ensure you check your order on arrival and notify us immediately if something appears incorrect.  If your order has been delivered 3 days or more, it is taken that you are happy with your item(s)
